Behavior Change Strategies for Better Patient Outcomes
Project Context: The primary objective of this course is to harmonize the dental hygiene team's protocols and workflows. By establishing a shared foundation of clinical principles and unified language, the training ensures that patient homecare instructions remain personalized while adhering to collective standards supported by both the hygiene staff and the doctors. Ultimately, the program aims to foster a consistent, high-quality experience for clinicians and optimize health outcomes for every patient, regardless of their specific provider.
Shifting patient education from information-heavy talks to a simple, focused conversation that helps patients choose one behavior they can commit to, regardless of who provides the new behavior change.
