Dental hygiene taught me clinical depth and how to change patient behavior over time. Marketing taught me how to communicate at scale, how to build systems that do not depend on me being in the room, and how to measure whether something is actually working. Going back to school as an adult taught me how everyday people learn when they have a full life outside of the classroom.

What ties all of it together: I have spent my career taking something complex and making it land for the person in front of me. Whether that is a patient who does not understand why their gums are bleeding, a global support team that needs to know what to do when a platform crisis hits, or a sponsored athlete trying to understand their agreement obligations; I build the bridge between knowledge and action.
